Our Story

Kathy and Anyssa met while volunteering at the Whistler Film Festival in 2016! They knew they wanted to work together and spent the winter really deciding how they could build something that would benefit both the Whistler and Vail communities, bring people together and be a great way to get to know people and businesses better.  It took months of ideas, Dublin Gate Board Meetings, and a few Fairmont Friday's.  They spent time talking to local businesses and considering what really made their mountain lives so epic! Living in Whistler is really special and they decided to discover why through interviewing people and to look for similar traits in the Vail resort.  The goal is to bring the two communities together as so many Whistler Blackcomb - Vail Corporation guest will be traveling between the two locations, and the goal is to build community between them.
